Lunahuana, located 180kms southeast of Lima, is an excellent alternative to spend any day of the week!

This is an ideal destination to practice adventure sports and outdoor activities such as white water rafting, mountaing biking and trekking. On top of that, Lunahuana has a wide variety of delicious local gastronomy, as well as some of the best piscos in the country!

Cerro Azul, located 131kms south of Lima, is a small town and beach with a relaxed athmosphere, great waves for surfing lovers (beginers or experienced), fishing opportunities and tasty local dishes with fresh seafood!. It also has fascinating attractions such as the long pier used in the early 19 hundreds to disembark the first japanese migrants to Peru or the first lighthouse in America that worked with solar energy!!!

This is a superb full day excursion in Lima to experience the valley and the beach, rafting and surfing, outdoor physical activity and relax. All really close to Lima!

Itinerary:

Early pick up from your hotel and drive directly to Lunahuaná. We´ll make few “must stops” on the way. Upon arrival we´ll relax for a while in one of our basecamps to get ready for action doing white water rafting in the Cañete river (included). Later, we have freetime to do one of the optional activities offered in situ: zipline, quadbikes, horsebackriding or Pisco tasting!. After lunch (included), we´ll head to Cerro Azul and you may relax on the beach, have an optional surfing lesson or walk along the pier and other picturesque sites.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes and shoes, light fleece/windbreaker, mosquitoe repellent, sun protector, swimming suit, sandals, change of clothes, bottle of water, binoculars, camera.

Our service includes: Transfers to/from your hotel, naturalist guide, white water rafting, snack, lunch.
