CACHICCATA QUARRY 4D/3N
From the highest pass on this trail, some the most beautiful snow-capped mountains of the Sacred Valley are visible. This route leads us through a range of ecological and bio geographical zones, therefore a wide variety of scenery. The descent is intense but worth it for the view of the Fortress of Ollantaytambo from its quarry. A fascinating journey that enables us to learn about the local history and nature of the lands and people we pass through, culminating in an amazing tour of the Citadel of Machu Picchu.

Zac was a wonderful guide who made sure we were all comfortable, well taken care of and having the best possible experience.
