Embark on an exhilarating birdwatching journey through Peru's diverse landscapes. Beginning in Cusco, we venture to Huacarpay wetland and Ampatune Lagoon, where Andean and rainforest avian treasures await. At Kuporo Lodge, strategically located between the Amazon plains and the Andes, we explore a variety of habitats, spotting unique species like Rufous Vented Ground Cuckoo and Torrent Duck. Continuing our ascent to different elevations, we encounter Tufted Tit Tyrant and the iconic "Gallitos de las Rocas" or Cock Of the Rocks. In the Soqtapata conservation concession, Black Tinamou and dazzling hummingbirds enchant us. Our adventure takes us to Huadyumbre and Sachavacayoc, each offering a distinct birdwatching experience. We culminate our journey at Collpa Chuncho, observing vibrant parakeets, parrots, and macaws, before exploring Tres Chimbadas lagoon.
