After landing in Cusco, one of our representatives will be waiting at the airport to greet you and kick off this unforgettable family adventure. From there, we’ll head straight out of the city and into the stunning Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Our first stop is at Mountain View, a beautiful spot with breathtaking Andean scenery—perfect for getting into the spirit of the trip. We’ll enjoy a delicious picnic lunch surrounded by friendly llamas and alpacas, a fun and memorable experience for kids and adults alike. There's plenty of time to soak in the views, take photos, and connect with these iconic animals of the Andes.

After lunch, we’ll continue to your cozy hotel nearby, where you can relax, settle in, and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting as your journey begins.

Lamay is a small, picturesque village nestled in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, offering both a prime location for rock climbing and a rich cultural experience. The village enjoys a favorable climate and stunning landscapes, making it a perfect spot for adventure and exploration.

Rock Climbing Adventure Lamay features a popular sport climbing area suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers. Upon arrival, instructors will provide equipment and a safety briefing. The climbing routes vary in difficulty (5a-7b), height (10-30 meters), and style (plate, crack), ensuring an exciting and safe climbing experience for all levels.

Cultural Walk Through Lamay After climbing, we’ll take a stroll through the village to immerse ourselves in the local culture. We’ll start by visiting the Lamay Church, built in the 17th century, and explore its artwork and the bell tower, learning the traditional language of the bells and their significance.

Next, we’ll delve into the fascinating world of guinea pig farming and its role in the local economy, followed by a visit to a traditional corn beer brewery (chichería), where we’ll learn how “chicha de jora” (corn beer) is made. We’ll enjoy a taste of the drink, accompanied by a traditional snack called “picante.”

If time permits, we’ll also visit the Lamay bread oven, an important social hub in the village, where we’ll discover the bread-making process and its role in daily life.

By visiting these local businesses, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of Lamay’s traditions and contribute to the preservation and appreciation of these valuable cultural practices.

Lunch will be in town, where we’ll get the chance to experience one of the local restaurants. For the more adventurous, you might even want to try guinea pig, a traditional delicacy in the region!

We will take the train from Ollantaytambo train station to Km 104, where the short Inca Trail starts.

The valley turns into a canyon and the scenery begins to alter as the cloud forests appear on our approach to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. We will disembark the train at Km 104 and start the hike along a quite challenging uphill path.

This ancient Inca Trail takes us uphill all the way to the magnificent archeological complex of Wiñaywayna, from where there are many steep steps to climb to reach the upper part of the Archaeological Site. Here we find a fabulous sense of peace far from the crowds. with superb views of the imposing verdant mountains and native orchids. The trail now becomes gentler, continuing all the way to the Sun Gate, where we arrive to Machu Picchu through its real entrance. It is from here that we will have our first glimpse of the Machu Picchu citadel. We then cross the site to take the bus down to Aguas Calientes town and check in to our hotel to rest and relax, in anticipation of a full afternoon tour tomorrow.

Good morning, adventurers! Energized and ready for our unforgettable day, you have the choice to either enjoy a leisurely morning or explore the vibrant town.

Today holds the promise of a remarkable adventure. We'll kickstart our day with an early lunch at one of Aguas Caliente's finest restaurants, ensuring ample time for an immersive afternoon at the Citadel. Accompanied by our expert guide, a scenic 25-minute bus ride will transport us to the mystical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. There, we'll embark on an awe-inspiring tour, uncovering the mysteries and hidden wonders of this enigmatic citadel. Be prepared for a captivating journey lasting approximately 2 hours.

As the clock ticks to 5:00 pm, marking the site's closure, we'll board a bus back to Aguas Calientes. Then, the charm continues with a delightful train ride back to Ollantaytambo, offering a chance to reflect on what might be one of the most extraordinary experiences of your life.

Rock climbing in one of Cusco’s southernmost valleys is an unforgettable experience, thanks to the dramatic and remote high-Andean landscape. What makes this spot truly unique is the chance to climb at 4,000 meters above sea level — right in the heart of the Andes. The routes are challenging, the views are stunning, and there’s no limit to how high you can climb.

This experience is not only for seasoned climbers — it’s designed to be fun and rewarding for all levels. There’s also no age limit to start. Whether it’s your first time or you're looking to improve your technique, we aim to make this a moment that inspires you to keep climbing.

For accommodation, we camp in the small community of Chacco Huayllasca, nestled right at the base of the cliffs. It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot, surrounded by nature and just steps from where we climb. While nights can be quite cold at this altitude, we provide top-quality gear and equipment to keep you warm and comfortable in the elements.

Leaving relatively early again, at around 7:00 a.m, we begin our journey to another area of Rainbow Mountains.

Known as the 'alternative Rainbow Mountain,' Palcoyo offers a quieter and less strenuous experience, allowing you to appreciate Peru's natural beauty without the crowds.

Enjoy vistas of the snow-capped Apu Ausangate, pastoral scenes with Quechua-speaking herders, and stunning multi-toned mountains. Explore three Rainbow Mountains and visit a breathtaking panoramic rock forest, all in a more tranquil setting than the famous Rainbow Mountain.

Then we begin the descent back to our transport to drive back to Cusco City.

After a restful night, our final full day begins with a relaxed exploration of Cusco’s historic heart. We set out from the hotel and head first to the vibrant San Pedro Market, one of the city’s most authentic and colorful spots. The market is alive with energy—stalls overflowing with exotic fruits, freshly pressed juices, and an array of traditional medicinal herbs that reflect the deep roots of local culture and daily life.

From there, we make our way into the enchanting neighborhood of San Blas. Known for its cobbled streets, whitewashed walls, and sky-blue doors, San Blas is the artistic soul of Cusco. With its quaint workshops and galleries, it's the perfect place to stroll, shop for handmade pieces, or simply soak in the creative atmosphere.

In the afternoon, we’ll come together for a beautiful farewell lunch in one of Cusco’s most scenic and peaceful corners. This final meal is a time to relax and share stories from the road, laugh together, and savor the flavors of Peru one last time. It’s not just a lunch—it’s a celebration of everything we've experienced, surrounded by the charm of the city and the timeless spirit of the Andes.
